Many children unfortunately each year are injured on backyard trampolines.
There are a few simple things you can do to ensure that everyone can play safely.
- One child on your trampoline at one time rule. Many accidents occur when jumping, one child may jump on another child accidently breaking their arm or leg.
- Have a trampoline safety enclosure. A strong a safe zipped up enclosure will stop any stray jumpers from falling off and injuring themselves.
- Do up the trampoline safety enclosure zip. It’s only a small opening but a child can still fall out.
- Have a soft fall surface around the trampoline.
